Individual Counselling
Our individual counselling program currently includes three primary types of support:
- Short Term Crisis Counselling – Up to three months of individual counselling for women 16 and older who have been sexually assaulted in the past year and/or are currently in crisis. There is no waiting list for recent assaults (within the past year) and for teens (16-19).
- Short Term Support for Family and Friends - We provide up to 5 sessions for family members and friends of sexual assault survivors as well as information and referrals.
- Ongoing Individual Counselling – Up to six months for women 16 and older who have been sexually assaulted at any point during their lives and are currently in crisis.
All of our counselling services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL.
